Now That You Have Submitted Your Claim

You should have received 2 emails:
  1. One from our Claims department and 
  2. one from Zoho with your claims portal login information. 

Please give 10 to 15 minutes for email arrival. If you do not see the emails in your inbox please check your junk or spam folder.

The Claims Portal will allow you to monitor the status of your claim as it stands. Please allow a 48hr processing time after submitting new documents to see a new status.

There are some things you can do immediately. 
  1. The primary thing to do immediately is take pictures of the damage and source of damage (see What pictures should I take?).
  2. If you are filing for a theft claim, you will need to file a police report as soon as possible. (see FAQs about Police Reports)
