How to upload items in WorkDrive.

How to upload items in WorkDrive.

Documents uploaded to WorkDrive will be visible to Storage Shield Claim Specialists. 


Once you submit a claim, you will be sent an email titled “Confirmation of Claim Submission” 

Within this email there will be a link to your WorkDrive folder. In order to access this folder, please be sure to input the password, which will be located in the “Confirmation of Claim Submission” email as well. 

(If you cannot find your unique WorkDrive link/password please reach out to or Claims Specialist by phone at (346) 439-8556)



Once you have clicked your unique WorkDrive link follow these steps to upload all necessary documents.


1. Click the “+ New” to upload all photos and documents to your WorkDrive.




2. If you would like to upload one single document select “Upload Files” and search your computer for the document or photo you would like to upload.



3. If you have all photos and documents located in a folder on your computer, select “Upload Folder” and select the folder you would like to upload.



4. An item will be successfully uploaded once you see the green check mark in the bottom right hand corner. 









5. These are the steps in order to upload to the WorkDrive. Please make sure you have uploaded the necessary documents and photos to successfully file your claim.
