What do I do if I have 1 unit with 2 types of claims?
If you are needing to file multiple claims for the same unit, you must submit an individual claim for each occurrence. For example - if you notice you have a water leak as well as rodent damage, you will need to submit a claim for water leakage and a separate claim for rodent damage.
