Water damage that came from the ground up, is that covered?
The Storage Shield Protection Plan Coverage only covers water damage by water on the ground in certain situations. Example of possible situation would be the facility had a pipe burst in another part of the building and it leaked into your unit.
Our coverage, as per your protection Plan Addendum, does not cover rising water due to heavy rain or flooding.
